Better Movie Reviews
Tried making a comment on last post, couldn't do it, but was so outraged I decided to post a blog. Step Brothers is fucking hilarious!!!!! The end sucks, but the rest of it is so quotable and great that I can't believe you called it lame. I literally want to rape that geriatric fuck for posting it.
Also, Tropic Thunder sucks balls. It was absoulutely horrible with one funny part in the previews. That movie was not only lame, but it was fucking horrible. It was not funny at all, really bizarre, and I wish I had that hour and a half back of my life to sleep or shit. Damn that last post pissed my off.

Upcoming video games to look forward to.
Resident Evil 5: Comes out in about a week. RE: 4 on the GC/PS2 was one of the best games for that console generation and possible had the best graphics for the gen. I've played the Demo and wasn't that impressed with the changes they made but it could turn out to be a great game.
DiRT 2: The racing game should be out in Sept 09. From the early screenshots I've seen, this game should have some amazing graphics.
Doom 4: Could be out in late 2009.
Bioshock 2: I'm interested to see where they take the story in this one. Could be out by Oct 09.
Call of Duty : Modern Warfare 2. I think COD4 was a great story mode and online multiplayer game but I didn't like how they didn't allow splitscreeners to play online.
Postal III: should make GTA look like a kids game.
Dead Rising 2: Will be set in a casino instead of a shopping mall this time. The first one was fun but had some issues. I hope they add co-op.
I am Alive: The only non-sequal on the list. Is set in Chicago after a major earthquake brings the city down. I don't know much about the game but it sounds interesting.

Weezer (blue)
The current gen consoles review.
Now that the current gen consoles have been out a few years I feel we have enough info to judge them fairly. They are all breakthroughs in different ways and have made thier mark in gaming history.
Xbox live has revolutionized online play. Live is just flat out awesome when it comes to the multiplayer expierence. You can play with friends, make new friends with random people, and trash talk on the mic while doing it. The PS3 also has online play and the Blu Ray drive makes it stand out. Being huge and ugly also makes it stand out.
My biggest problem with the PS3 is the controllers. They have had the same shaped controller since the PS1 and its just not very comfortable. I understand wanting the controller to be backwards compatible but look at how much better the xbox controllers have gone from the original (HUGE) controller to the s-controller and then to what I consider the best console controller to date, the 360 controller and they are compatible.
And then we have the wii, the worst Nintendo system I have ever played. It might as well be called gamecube 2.0 since the graphics aren't any better, it just has a new controller. The games are bland and are very boring. How many games of wii bowling can you really throw before you realize that you could go to a real bowling alley for less money.
I love the old mario games, the old zelda games, the mariokart games, ect but I have no interest in playing the wii versions of these games becuase the controls are terrible and I own a gamecube so I have no need to buy a wii to play twilight princess.
My hope is that the wii sequal has a gamecube/xbox 360 style controller so I can play the Nintendo brand games like zelda and enjoy them. The wii was a fun experiment and they can keep the wiimote in the next gen for party games but for real games there needs to be a real controller so the multiplayer can actually be skill based and not just random waving of your arms. They also need to upgrade to a xbox live style of online system with mics so you can play with your friends like on xbox live.
In conclusion:
Xbox 360 (9.5/10)
Positives: great graphics, xbox live, good controller, Gears of War, Halo
Negitives: Overheating consoles (RROD)
Wii (4/10)
Positives: inovative controls, wii sports, cheaper games
Negitives: online play, controller(personal opinion), terrible graphcs, overpriced

Ranking the best bands in concerts I have seen
1. Tool: best show I have seen without a doubt
2. System of a Down: One of the greatest bands ever, was a great show. Only negative was they didn't play spiders.
3. Slipknot: high energy show with nine people going crazy on the stage.
4. Static-X: Bright red my shovel
5. Godsmack: dueling drums
6. Stone Temple Pilots: Their music is a little bland to me but it was a good show when they headlined rockfest 08.
7. Flobots: only have 1 album but they were good live. I didn't expect the band to have a live violinist.
8. Everclear: Their guitarist put on some good guitar solos.
9. Saliva: ladies and gentlemen
10. Linkin Park: I got all of thier autographs after a show the week before meteora was released.
11. Metalica: the sound wasn't very good and they didn't play some of their radio songs I was expecting to hear.
12. Sevendust: good show, was dissapointed they didn't play angel's son but that wouldn't have fit in with the rest of thier set
13. Seether: decent show, I enjoyed thier Nirvana cover of "you know your right".
14. Chevelle: pretty bland, not much of a stage pressence
Bands I have not seen but would like to: Korn, The offspring, Rage against the Machine, The White Stripes, blink 182, weezer.

Best Sequel to an Awesome Game Ever
Resident Evil 4 (Gamecube)This game has the best graphics of any game on any system of the last generation. Not only does it have great graphics, but it has a tremendous story line and great replay value. Resident Evil 4 revolutionized the way you play Resident Evil games. No more moving around like a tank and shooting hoping you'll hit the zombie. The shooting is precise, and the characters are creative and creepy. It's not the scariest survival game ever, but it is the best.
